What is it?
Moody's issuer outlook indicates the likely direction of a long-term rating over the medium term. An outlook is not a credit rating and does not guarantee that a rating action will occur.
Rating scale
| Rating | Description |
| Positive | An upgrade or other upward rating movement is more likely over the medium term. |
| Stable | A rating change is considered unlikely over the medium term. |
