The platform hangs frequently. As soon as an order is placed, the entire system becomes unresponsive. And the actual slippage is almost double what is shown on the platform. Please stop causing unnecessary losses to the traders associated with you. Otherwise, you will continue to lose the trust of your traders. I migrated from MT5 to Tradinview. It works but there is quite a lot to be desired. In my opinion, there is noticeably more latency than on MT5. On MT5 the execution of market orders feels instant and with this broker on Tradingview I feel like it is a good part of a second. With another broker that I use with Tradingview I do not have such latancy. You can't take partial profit. Trade executions can't be shown on the chart. Restricting accounts for no reason and not allowing profits to be taken out. The customer service is terrible and doesn't actually assist, could all be AI at this point.
